From sample to serial production

Most bearing factories only quote from catalogs. KMK Bearing is set up for genuine custom work - the full process chain is in our own Chengdu facility:

• Step 1: send a drawing (any format) or a physical sample - we reverse-engineer and confirm dimensions to ISO tolerances
• Step 2: material and precision selection (GCr15, stainless 440C/17-4PH, ZrO2/Si3N4 ceramic; P0 to P2)
• Step 3: prototype run from 10 pcs with full inspection report
• Step 4: serial production from 500 pcs with batch traceability
